HAVEN Apartments are spread over two dynamically orientated freestanding buildings, making unique and dynamic living spaces incomparable to conventional apartment designs. With 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments, plus 4 large penthouses to choose from never before offered in St Ives. The original DA proposal was for the demolition of the existing dwellings and involved the following: The erection of two, 5 storey multi unit residential buildings consisting of forty seven (47) separate units; The construction of a new, two level basement car park; Additional landscaping across the site; And the strata subdivision of the proposed units. The DA amalgamated all four sites into one overall site with a total site area of 4109 sq m. Completed in December 2007.
