HENRY Apartments is a boutique residential development which involved the conversion of an existing warehouse building into 17 residential dwellings. The development comprised a mixture of different types of residential dwellings, that being 2 terraces with street entry and 15 apartments over two levels. In addition there was a basement level car park, internal communal & private courtyards on ground level. Designed by Bianchino + Associates. Henry fuses exceptional detail to a modern industrial design aesthetic, a harmonious balance of form and function. Seamless integration of nature and community, so that the future is considered.
