This residential development Proximity Crows Nest, is another outstanding project for our repeat client Loftex. The development consists of 28 apartments with a mix of one and two bedroom units over a 5 storey building with 3 levels of basement car parking. The structure 5 levels of concrete frame with the façade having a mixture of concrete and face brickwork, featuring high end finishes with luscious landscaped common area. The project was built within an already existing high density residential area which in turn made site access limited and put constraints on construction.
