The Novati Group of Companies was established in 1946 by Marco’s Father, after he began a construction company here in Sydney. Founded on family values, integrity, and delivering the highest quality developments, Marco has continued his fathers’ legacy through Novati Property Group.

Marco is first born to the second generation leading the Novati Group. He grew up alongside the company, surrounded by insights into Sydney’s Property Industry and engaging with a wealth of insider knowledge from an early age.

Marco’s former years were spent working alongside his father, who taught him not only the importance of delivering quality developments from end to end, but also the fundamental guiding principles that are the cornerstone of the company’s longevity, success and reputation. Such beginnings cultivated a wholistic, yet deeply analytical perspective on development management, as he engaged with every detail of the way, from financing to construction management.

After completing his studies, Marco returned to the company to further their developmental management processes by implementing strategies and direction for anticipating and working within such a transitional market place. This is where he found his true tenacity and drive, and subsequently went on to pioneer Novati Property Group over a decade ago. With his team, this is where he continues to drive Novati’s longstanding family values and legacy.
